Long Island Whalers

The Whalers 14u team run ruled the LI Mariners in the Boys of Summer Off-Site Championship game on Monday evening. 
 

The Whalers, coached by Brandon Kurz, Jeff Noreman, and AJ Nunziato held the Mariners to one hit in four innings, while compiling 10 runs off 10 hits. 

Kevin Podell went 2-3 with 2 runs scored, while pitching a complete game shutout.
